We are currently experiencing email delivery delays due to an ongoing issue with our third party provider, SendGrid.

Emails may show as “sent” in HousingCloud, but they are not being delivered at this time. We will reschedule affected sends once SendGrid confirms services are fully restored.

If you need to send an urgent message, please export recipient emails and send directly through your institution’s email client.
